Frequently Asked Questions How do I reserve a party? Complete the Party Reservation Form online and click to submit to us, or print out the form and fill it out, then Fax to us at 301-392-1000. Upon confirmation of the date available you must submit your deposit by credit card, check or cash. You can also call us for a reservation. Reservations are given on a first come, first served basis. Parties are held in our party room in LaPlata, Maryland. [Back to Top] Generally one to two hours depending on the number of children. Is there a minimum number of children for a party? Our minimum party size is 8 children. If you have fewer than 8 children for a party, you will still be charged for the minimum. We have dress up costumes for the boys as well as the girls. Our Superheroes were created specifically for the boys! What about deposits and payments? We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash. A deposit of $50 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to the party. Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel your party for any reason, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We will work with you to schedule an alternative date. A $25.00 fee is due for any payment returned for non-sufficient funds. Is there a maximum number of guests? What about unexpected guests? The party package covers a specific number of guests and includes such items as "goody bags." We will try to accomodate unexpected guests, but can not guarantee that all of the party supplies will be provided. Perfect Parties, Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage during your party. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing costumes or consuming any food or beverage during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest's parent or guardian to inform Perfect Parties, Inc. of any dietary restrictions. |
